A cozy little nook of modern-style authentic Japanese cuisine has emerged on the outskirts of Glebe thanks to owner and chef Yoshinobu Harada. Harada, who was 29, opened his first Izakaya restaurant in Sydney, a dining concept that combines alcohol with tiny dishes, where he further refined his ability to adapt menus creatively. Now, he has perfected it with his inventive omakase cuisine, which is almost all accompanied by Japanese whisky, sake, and wine.
