The Curry Culture, a modest homage to the ancient Indian culinary art and Indian culture, is one of Singapore's best-kept secrets.

The Curry Culture is a celebration of traditional Indian cuisine, guest care, and life. The Curry Culture provides an elegant Indian fine dining experience with charming staff, unobtrusive service, and genuine Indian cuisine.

The chefs at the Curry Culture continue to utilize traditional methods to prepare genuine Indian meals, such as their well-known kebabs or delectable Curries.

It should, however, be pointed out that their butter chicken has been named one of Singapore's top ten butter chickens by the Travel Channel. It must also be emphasized that the Curry Culture menu offers meals dedicated to vegans and people looking for Gluten-free alternatives.

As a Singaporean, I seldom get to try authentic Indian food and this was a great experience for me. Taste was strong and it wasn’t spicy (you can request spicy level) and most importantly they are filling. Will definitely be back for their non vegetarian menu in the near future.”—Ben

Tandoori Corner, Singapore's best North Indian restaurant, serves some of the finest such cuisine in the country. It's no surprise that Tandoori chicken, Murgh Malai Chicken, chicken and fish curry, and Cheese Naan are among its most popular dishes.

Not only will you find plenty of healthy choices, but the cuisine here is also delicious! The cafe has a vegetarian corner to cater to its customers who are looking for vegan options. Tandoori Corner offers bento boxes that are both affordable and nutritious, in addition to offering other types of Indian cuisine.

Tandoori Corner's variety of dine-in, pick-up, and delivery services can satisfy almost any Singaporean's appetite for Indian cuisine. It adds to the attractiveness of all of these choices by providing online ordering forms and booking systems. Just keep in mind that Tandoori Corner’s home deliveries are only possible for orders above $40.

Tandoori Corner, on the other hand, may not be to everyone's liking, especially since it has a mixed reputation for cuisine. Some consumers claim that the food is mediocre while others insist that it is authentically flavored.

Tandoori Corner, on the other hand, has one significant and uniform complaint: that its portions are small and that there is a limited number of seats. So, expect them if you pick Tandoori Corner as your Indian restaurant.

  • Online ordering and reservation forms
  • Balanced value meals

“Best Indian restaurant I’ve tried in SG. The spices are freshly ground and so fragrant. The butter chicken was so smoky and the sauce was elegantly rich. The aloo gobi was perfectly spiced while retaining the textures of the cauliflower. The garlic naan was crisp and punchy. Masala chai was the best I’ve ever had. The mango lassi was rich and tangy, quite satisfying though not a very strong mango flavour. I don’t mind the non-AC environment, and actually probably preferable during covid period. The boss is super friendly and shared his masala chai secret with me! Will be returning regularly despite the distance to get here.”—Melodie Lee

The Briyani was excellent as was all the dishes we tried.  The prices maybe a little steep but the service and the food quality more than make up for it.”

Taste of India provides a variety of options for delivering the distinctive tastes of India. We say this because it does dine-in, delivery, and catering services as well. However, Butter Garlic Naan, Dum Biryani, and Butter Chicken are just a few of its most popular dishes. But keep in mind that Taste of India's menu has much more to offer than just these items, so stop by and give it a try. The service will also not disappoint you. And if for some reason you don't like the food, at least go for the free take-out box of Samosas that they provide with every order!

Taste of India only prepares its meals fresh after the order comes in for its consumers to ensure that they get genuine cuisine. You'll have to be patient, though, because Taste of India may take up to 15 minutes to prepare your meal. We appreciate that Taste of India offers a dedicated space for birthdays, marriages, and other gatherings with a large seating area. It also provides take-out service for your convenience.

After years of searching, we've finally found Singapore's first contemporary Indian restaurant. Chef Murugan Thevar has created innovative yet satisfyingly delicious dishes at Thear, inspired by his travels throughout South Asia, his Penang heritage, and his time working in Singapore.

If a dish at Meta, the contemporary-Korean restaurant that formerly occupied the space, reminds you of this platter, you're not mistaken. The VAR is a member of the same company as Waku Ghin and was created by chef Sun Kim when they were both there. But let's get back to the meal.

The spiced potato chips are so addicting on their own that you don't need the tamarind dip served with them, and the grilled octopus served with a tomato chutney for a burst of acidity.

Key Differentiators

  • Halal menu
  • Dine-in, takeaway, and delivery options available

Client Testimonial

5 stars in my book! It's a Michelin Star place, so go with great expectations and see them fulfilled. We had something called the "Chef's Menu"..

Now what you need to know about it is that it's a gastronomic delight place where they deconstruct food and create fusion recipes that surprise your palate and bring that edge of zest to dishes you wouldn't imagine.

The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Service is prompt and graceful.

The way they blend the tastes of South India with East Asian cuisine and give it new life and form is fascinating. It's a food coma inducing, heavenly feeling giving, scrumptious, succulent food.

Pretty decent northern Indian food. Felt like u was back too high school where you order your food over the counter and pay before proceeding to eat. Do keep an eye out for the menu if it’s your first time there. Otherwise, the staff are pretty helpful to introduce the dishes displayed.

Went for their buffet lunch on a Saturday (Covid so only Ala carte buffet). Selection was sufficient and seafood was very fresh.

Service was on point and during payment, the staff checked if we need complimentary parking without us asking for it.

It could’ve been a perfect experience if not for a forgotten plate of desserts and dessert spoons/forks.
We couldn’t even get the attention of the server in our area because they were either chatting among themselves (since it was almost the end of service) or talking to other guests who are foreigners.

The highly raved laksa was pretty disappointing in my opinion.

Easily located lovely black and white house along Scotts Road. Was here for the Sunday brunch buffet with friends for the first time. There was a private event happening on the grounds, so I was expecting the staff to be pretty busy that day. The restaurant manager was in a pleasant mood and showed us to our table. The service staff were attentive enough to make sure our glasses were full and clear off the used plates. The spread of food for the brunch wasn't exactly expansive but definitely it was more refined to what I am used to in other famed restaurants or eateries. The manager was nice enough to come round our table to check if we had an enjoyable meal. This might just be a brunch service but overall I was truly expecting more out from a Michelin restaurant.

The chilli paneer was delicious and my personal favourite. It was fluffy, crisp and scrumptious.

The Gobi Manchurian was quite dry and could have been better.

The service was meticulous as the old man who served there treated us with utmost respect and care

Overall, a good place for dining in.

Every amazing corner of this restaurant explains why it earned the Best Interior Design Award in the Tatler Asia Dining Awards 2022. The menu is so intelligently curated, amazingly presented and perfectly executed. Everything tasted the way it was described & every bite was an eclectic surprise in the mouth. The service is world-class, seated near the bar, I overheard one of the bartenders expertly explained the food menu in great detail showing his excellent training. And why not? We were welcomed by its handsome & ball of fire General Manager Callan who answered all our menu and cocktails questions in endearing Aussie accent. He also checked in on us multiple times me back to our table multiple times as he did to other tables. The guy deserves a medal for walking the talk! Firangi Superstar and is a place to see and be seen, we will definitely come back!

This cozy watering hole is more than just a place to get a drink. It's also a celebration of Indian cuisine and culture, despite the fact that it isn't technically classified as a restaurant. The restaurant's owner, Yugnes Susela, draws on memories of growing up in Little India for both the cocktail and bar bites menus. Quality and creative Indian fusion cocktails. Went here after dinner with a friend to try as we saw that the reviews were great. Was not disappointed at all. And the service was 10/10. Should try the Jackfruit meatballs as well!
