SaberFit ®
Each SaberFit class lasts one hour, and it incorporates saber striking techniques with cardio, plyometrics, core and abdominal exercises. It’s a full-body workout that burns calories, builds stamina and brings out the fun element in exercising. The routines are designed to improve coordination, balance and are perfect for body-weight conditioning. SaberFit is great for all body types as participants perform each exercise at their own pace.

Yes definitely! Our instructors are professionally trained, American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Standard First Aid certified. They are also able to adjust the fitness level for the workout to accommodate to the participants. In fact, the oldest participant we had was 80 years old!
